Want to work abroad? This page is for you!

My Dear Brethren-Pinoy Job-Seekers:

Thank you for taking time in visiting our new homepage! We hope that this newly developed website gives you more convenience in browsing and downloading than our older versions or editions of homepages (which we started way back in 1994).

As you have already reached this page during your browsing, let us share with you the basic business principle in our company, that: "WE DON'T TELL LIES" to our clients!

Forgive us if our company could not equally call or treat you as "Modern-Day Heroes" inasmuch as how our government would want you to feel. Not only that we do not believe in this "over-used & over-blown political cliche", it is also because we are simply in the business of providing employment. We do not wish to get nvolved anymore into complications other than what we do best.

Simply put, YOU are equally treated as a valued client as much as our foreign employers or principals who would want to employ your skills and/or your services. PERIOD.

We offer our services, you have your legal right of CHOICE to accept it or not. And if you are not satisfied with them, you have the equal right to choose another agency or company. If we do a bad service job, we make mends to overcome our shortcomings. If that is not enough, then we end in an amicable settlement.

Here in Cherub Manpower (or CMI for brevity), we practice FULL-DISCLOSURE POLICY in its true form. We cannot guarantee you will have a good life as you travel abroad for the new-found job that we may have offered and/or given you. That all depends on you.

It is similar to the basic management cliche of IQ (intelligent quotient - or what you know) and EQ (emotional quotient - your attitude) that explains, simply put: "If IQ gets you the job you applied for, EQ guarantees that you say on that job!" (NOTE: check the GUIDING PRINCIPLES of our workers at the WELCOME page).

What we can only guarantee are:

(a) YOU GET A JOB (after being qualified);

(b) THE SALARY STATED IN YOUR CONTRACT IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE ON-SITE; and

(c) WE DON'T ACCEPT ANY ADVANCE-PAYMENTS UNTIL YOU HAVE A GUARANTEED JOB!

Most importantly, when it comes to FEES, there is no such thing as FREE-MEAL!  Meaning, if you do not pay us your fees here, eventually you will have to pay it once you are deployed abroad (i.e., via salary deduction). Absolutely no one gets anything for FREE.  One-way or another, somebody's got to foot the bill, as they say.

We are very strict about this: IF you don't pay, you don't get deployed. IF you don't have a job or get accepted by any of our employers or principals, YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY! Simple as that.

Also here in Cherub, absolutely NO-ONE is allowed to receive your money except our CASHIER. Even I, as the president of this company, have completely refused to do it for integrity reasons. Therefore, DO NOT:

  • give any amount to anyone in the office except the CASHIER;
  • pay or make any advance payment until you are shown a contract or fax/email confirmation that you have been accepted; and
  • believe that we have agents - we do not have any.

While our employees have been working with the family between 4-21 years, we cannot say we are all perfect. It is my wish to know should there will be any suspicious activities, irregularities or even services that our people failed to deliver or doing. You can email me directly at rjv@i-manila.com.ph and I will personally attend to your problems, comments or suggestions.  Good day and God bless!

                                             Raul J. de Vera, Jr.

                                                     President
