Mechanical Technician (Maintenance)
Scope of Duties:
§ Carryout skilled maintenance works independently in the repair, assembly, alignment of mechanical equipment like exchangers, vessels, columns, boilers, structures and able to fabricate pipe work from isometric drawings.
§ To be able to identify piping specs, gaskets, bolt nuts, valves etc and able to carryout the work on all the piping.
§ Operates simple M/C tools such as grinding machines, drilling machines, impact wrenches etc.
§ Able to take precision measurement using depth gauges, micrometer, vernier calipers etc. and must be able to work to very close tolerances.
§ Prepares sketches/brief reports such as alignment, finished dimensions etc.
Minimum Requirements:
§ Completion of Technical Secondary education (12 years) / Apprenticeship Certificate or equivalent.
§ The candidate should have a minimum experience of 8 years in maintaining and overhauling Diesel engines.
§ Fair knowledge of spoken and written English.
Remuneration Package:
§ Salary: As per junior staff (technical) Call-off Contract.

Job Description- the bakery personnel responsible for custom cakes, case (extra) cakes, cupcakes, and decorated cookies.
Duties-
i. Prepares all cakes, case cakes, cupcakes, and decorated cookies.
ii. Finishes decorated items otherwise prepared, i.e. petit fours, baby cakes, etc.
iii. Maintains list of products produced daily and submits them to the office upon completion of the next day.
iv. Keeps decorating area generally tidy, equipment cleaned, and prepared for use.
